This section is only for applicants whose NCEF Level 1 Certificate has expired or applicants who hold fitness instructor qualifications other than NCEF and wish to apply for the CEHF Upgrade Course. Please complete all boxes in this section. An RPL fee of €125 applies to this application and will be deducted from overall fees upon successful acceptance.
