"I'm starting my personal training business this week & I finally feel I'm on the right path at last. I'm really enjoying teaching fitness classes & I no longer question what I do and wonder if I actually enjoy what I do. This wasn’t always the case.
Two years ago I didn’t get business in Limerick and had to move to Waterford. I studied there for 6 months until I realized that I didn’t love what I was doing and I hated the course, so I moved back home. I went back farming, got an electrical apprenticeship, which I enjoyed, but again I didn’t love it.
Then I stumbled across the NCEF and to be honest it’s the best decision I’ve made to date. I've always loved training & fitness, it’s what I see myself doing for the rest of my life.
If you’re young & don’t know what you want to do, just try things, you’ll never know what you love if you don’t try & open doors for yourself. So I’m delighted to start this new adventure, onwards and upwards from here".
